The French midfielder has had a new lease of life since Ole Gunnar Solskjær replaced Jose Mourinho in December.
He was unhappy at the Red Devils and it was thought he wanted to quit the club this month if the ex-Chelsea boss was still in charge.
But it is understood Pogba is now willing to hold talks over fresh terms, with his contract still having more than two years left to run.
The 25-year-old World Cup winner is United's second highest paid player on a monstrous £290,000-a-week at present.
And he would be looking for an increase on his wage to put him somewhere near Alexis Sanchez, who is on a Premier League high of £505,000-a-week.
An Old Trafford source said: “Pogba's agent is ready to end the problems he has had with the club over the last few months.
“He wasn't over much towards the end of last year. There was a big breakdown of relationships while Mourinho was in charge.
“Raiola wants to talk about his clients ongoing future when all the January business is concluded, which won't be too much.
“There were talks over whether he would go, but there is no chance of that. He looks like he's the happiest he has been in a long time.”
Pogba has been in incredible form since Mourinho left United, scoring five goals in his last five appearances.
He netted a penalty on Saturday as the Red Devils continued their winning streak under Solskjær with a 2-1 home win against Brighton.
United have managed to steer themselves back into the Champions League hunt with six Premier League victories in a row.
Meanwhile, Zlatan Ibrahimovic revealed all on the rift between Pogba and Mourinho in an explosive tell-all interview.
He said: “Paul didn’t feel confidence from the coach, and the coach didn’t feel confidence for Paul. It’s difficult to perform as a player if you don’t have confidence from the coach.”
