Newcastle legend Faustino Asprilla reveals how scoring a hat-trick against Barcelona landed him a FOURSOME with Real Madrid fans

The Colombian revealed all after Uefa posted a video of his incredible performance against the Catalan giants at St James’ Park in 1997 on Twitter to celebrate his 49th birthday.

Asprilla says he bedded three Real Madrid fans after his treble saw off the Spanish giants in the Champions League as thanks for beating their bitter rivals.

He responded with the jibe after Barcelona told Uefa on Twitter: "Don’t @ me.”

Asprilla said: “After that match, I woke up with three Real Madrid supporting girlfriends."

His tweet got a huge response on social media with one user saying: “Haha, Tino you are a legend."

And Juan Camilo Suaza added: "Tino for president."

The striker notched his first from the penalty spot before heading in Keith Gillespie's cross and completing the hat-trick with another header and topped off with his famous cartwheel goal celebration.

Barca fought back with two goals from Luis Enrique and Luis Figo.

Asprilla joined the Toon from Parma in February 1996 for £6.7million while Kevin Keegan’s side were ahead of rivals Manchester United in the title race.

He made 48 appearances and scored nine goals with his arrival on Tyneside seen as one of the reasons the Magpies blew the Premier League, allowing Sir Alex Ferguson’s side to lift the title.
