The 23-year-old claimed he was a fan of the Red Devils growing up in Mexico, and has once again talked up a move to England.
Speaking to ESPN after the Dutch club lost against Tottenham in the Champions League at Wembley, Lozano said: "I hope that God, some day, gives me a shot at playing in the Premier League."
"I like it very much. I think the Premier League is great.
"I think that it would be fabulous to play with any of the clubs, but I would love to play for one of the big clubs. I hope that God gives me the chance."
Lozano has been a revelation in the Eredivisie since joining from Pachuca in 2017 – and has hit the ground running again this season.
After bagging 19 goals in his debut campaign in Holland where he guided PSV to the league title, 'Chucky' has found the back of the net 11 times this term.
His startling form has also attracted the interest of Spurs, with the forward impressive against Mauricio Pochettino's side during their two group games.
And Tottenham's rivals Arsenal were eyeing up a move for Lozano in the summer, but boss Unai Emery decided against the deal.
While Barcelona are also believed to be monitoring his performances after his starring displays at the World Cup in Russia.
