Manchester United players head to Turin in search of three points after it's revealed they HIDE from Jose Mourinho after losing

United take on Juventus tomorrow looking for a win which would provide a major boost to their hopes of reaching the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Having been beaten by Juve at Old Trafford, boss Jose Mourinho will be calling on a far better display from his side in Turin on Wednesday evening.

And they checked in for the flight over to Italy in confident mood on the back of a run of decent results in the league which have revived their season.

United are unbeaten in their last five domestic matches and are starting to look as though they are playing with confidence again

The only blip in the middle of that run was the 1-0 home defeat to Juve, which leaves United looking as though they will battle it out with Valencia for second spot in Group H.

The improved form has lifted some of the gloom surrounding the club after a difficult opening to the season, easing the pressure on under-fire boss Mourinho in the process.

And according to Nemanja Matic, it will also be a boost for the players because they no longer have to find ways to stay out of sight of their manager.

Matic, speaking to Sky Sports, said: "He's a great person. He's a different man outside the job and off the pitch.

"He does have a lot of pressure though because everyone expects him only to win. When we don't win everyone is waiting to see his reaction.

"He likes to win and when we don't win we are hiding from him at the training ground.

'He's happy when he's winning but when we lose, like every manager, he wants us to do better.

"He tries to find a way to be winning as soon as possible."

Mourinho is yet to reveal whether striker Romelu Lukaku will figure after missing the trip to Bournemouth through injury.

Lukaku did not join in with the squad in full training this morning before they made the short journey to Manchester airport to fly out.
