A RUNNER in today’s London Marathon will become the youngest Brit to complete 300 of the 26.2-mile races.
James Bennett, 28, has achieved the feat in just over five years.
He said: “Running has become a way to set challenges for myself and raise money on the way.
“I never thought I would have run so many marathons as I said never again after my first.
“It means everything to me and reaching the landmark is special and most importantly my aim is to inspire others to just give running a try regardless of distance and time.”
James, from Kent, has also run 14 ultra marathons of more than 100 miles.
The youngest person in the world to have run 300 marathons is a 23-year-old from Sweden.
