JOE GELHARDT scored a 95th-minute winner to secure a sensational win for Leeds at home to Norwich.

Jesse Marsch grabbed his first win as Elland Road chief in the most-incredible of finales.

Rodrigo had put Leeds 1-0 up with his 14th-minute strike.

Kenny McLean appeared to have snatched a point at the death with an equaliser in the 92nd minute.

But Gelhardt scored right at the death to earn Leeds all three points in the relegation battle.
