Atlanta doesn’t appear to be on Aaron Rodgers and Danica Patrick’s immediate radar.
As the Rams and Patriots prep in the southeast ahead of Super Bowl LIII, the Packers quarterback and his girlfriend of over a year have been documenting their travels on the other side of the world.
“In New Zealand they use helicopters like cars…. and this very remote lunch location was amazing??…. wherever it was,” Patrick penned Friday on Instagram.
The well-traveled duo not only paddled in close proximity to a waterfall, but Patrick, 36, also took the plunge with a bungee jump.
“He took me to the waterfall! ☺️? ….and did most of the paddling!” Patrick shared.
Rodgers didn’t get off the diving hook that easily, as his girlfriend took a cue from “Titanic” to caption the latest update to their adventures, “If you jump, I jump, right? ?”
While Rodgers, 35, and Patrick still have plenty of time to return to the States before kickoff on Sunday night, the quarterback is likely already looking ahead to the 2019 season following a disappointing year in Green Bay, which included the firing of longtime coach Mike McCarthy.
Matt LaFleur has since been hired as McCarthy’s permanent replacement.
