HISTORY is being made at Lord's as England take on Ireland in a Test match for the first time.
And the world champions looked on course for a humiliating defeat as Tim Murtagh tore through the England batting line-up to take 5-13 on Day One.
But they were rescued by the unlikeliest of heroes as nightwatchman Jack Leach hit 92 in steamed up lenses.
And Day 3 looks set to be the one to watch as, weather permitting, there is almost certain to be a result today.
