The Belgium star won't join the Parisians because of his loyalty to former club Lille – but has hinted at a move away from Stamford Bridge in the summer.
Hazard told Canal+ he had held talks with the French giants although was not interested in moving to Paris.
The Belgian ace has also ensured Chelsea fans he will finish the season at Stamford Bridge but will consider leaving Blues in the summer.
He said: "There have been contacts in the past with PSG but I haven't been tempted. If I have to go back to France one day, it would be in Lille.
"But today, there is no chance that I'll come back in the French league.
"For now, like I said, I'm staying at Chelsea.
"I have one year left on my contract after this year. Moving this winter is impossible.
"I can't leave in January because of the club and the supporters."
After beating England to bronze medal in the World Cup in Russia Hazard admitted he was ready to take up a new challenge in his career.
He said: "You know my preferred destination," implying a move to Real Madrid.
Rumours were further fuelled by the departure of Madrid's legend Cristiano Ronaldo but Hazard decided to stay at Chelsea taken over by Maurizio Sarri.
The 27-year-old, however, has now opened the doors for a move in July again.
He said: "It will be possible in the summer.
"But it's also possible that I stay my whole career at Chelsea."
Hazard has been in sublime form this season scoring seven goals and adding four assists for Blues.
Chelsea remained unbeaten in the Premier League until the Saturday clash against Tottenham, decisively losing to Spurs 3-1.
