American Deontay Wilder shakes hands with Brit Billy Joe Saunders before the pair brawl in front of stunned diners.
After greeting each other the Bronze Bomber, 32, has a go at Saunders for calling him a "racist c***".
Wilder says: "You called me a racist c***? Is that what you called me?"
Saunders replies: "Yeah, I did, yeah."
And the scene soon descends into chaos, that involves glasses being smashed and half a chicken reportedly being thrown at Wilder, before Saunders runs out of the eatery.
The Welwyn Garden City man is then chased out of the diner by a pal of Wilder, who yells: "Come back here you motherf***er!"
Wilder and his entourage are then approached by restaurant staff who inform them the police have been called.
The pair were in the Northern Ireland capital ahead of Tyson Fury's heavyweight bout with Francesco Pianeta.
Fury, 30, is looking to set up a heavyweight clash with Wilder with a Las Vegas date reportedly agreed.
The Windsor Park fight is the undercard for Carl Frampton's top billing scrap with Australia's Luke Jackson.
Saunders had previously raged at Wilder after the heavyweight said: "Eddie Hearn is just another white man milking a black man."
Then Saunders told IFL TV in March: "He is a racist c*** I think.
"Questions about promoters using fighters, he's got a bit of a chip on his shoulder.
"When I read them, I thought 'you can't be saying that.' I've got mates from all different nationalities and you can't come out and say that, it's unprofessional."
Earlier in the day, Fury and Wilder almost came to blows during the Gypsy King's weigh-in ahead of his bout against Francesco Pianeta.
It is understood Saunders wasn't at the weigh-in, but still managed to get involved while the WBC heavyweight champion and his entourage were tucking into some late-night chicken.
A video appeared online allegedly showing the world middleweight king — who earlier uploaded a picture of him in a similar shirt to the one seen — dashing for the exit door after executing his cheeky plan.
Wilder and his crew dashed after his rival and one of the 32-year-old's entourages hilariously slips over as tables were sent flying.
