The Blues have already booked their place in the next round of the Europa League.
But a win over Greek outfit PAOK at Stamford Bridge will seal top spot in the group.
Sarri has fielded strong teams throughout the competition as he chases a first-ever career trophy.
It means the likes of Hudson-Odoi and Ethan Ampadu have had to settle for places on the bench, but tonight’s game presents an opportunity for the pair to show what they’re made of.
And supporters have been pleading with Sarri to give them a go at the expense of struggling stars such as Willian and Gary Cahill.

A 4-3-3 formation has its benefits against smaller teams, but the Italian must be more tactically cute when it comes to playing the big boys.
Mauricio Pochettino nullified anchorman Jorginho, bringing Chelsea's passing game to an end while isolating a more advanced N'Golo Kante at the same time.
Sarri needs to bring Kante back deeper and fit him alongside Jorginho in a two-man midfield, allowing the third central player to sit behind the striker as a No 10.
But the likes of David Luiz, Alvaro Morata and Willian can no longer be trusted after steady runs in the side.
And Sarri also needs to start playing the likes of Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ethan Ampadu if 'Sarriball' is to fully take hold at Stamford Bridge.
One wrote: “Start Hudson-Odoi or we riot!!”
Another said: “I think Hudson should be allowed to play.”
