Canberra coach Heather Garriock praised the contribution of Price through the pre-season so far and said she would be a great asset to the team in season 11.
"Olivia has plenty of experience for a 22-year old and is an excellent addition to the side," Garriock said.
"She fits in well with what we are looking to achieve this season which is to win trophies, and I fully believe Olivia can help us achieve that goal."
Price added: "I am incredibly excited to have the opportunity to play for Canberra United, and to work with a
coach like Heather. I’m just really looking forward to the season starting and getting out on the pitch."
Canberra is expected to sign another international player before the game against defending champions Melbourne City at McKellar on Sunday.
