IF Arda Turan needs an example to follow, he should heed the workout advice of former boss Luis Enrique.
The pair have both been photographed on holiday recently, but could not look more different – despite their 17-year age gap.
Turan, 30, has been criticised for inconsistent performances since joining Barcelona in a strange transfer two years ago.
The move went through during Barcelona's transfer ban in the summer of 2015 and the Catalan giants had to wait six months to even use him.
And now, according to Sport.es, Barca will try to re-build his transfer value before selling him off to another European club.
The Catalan giants want to at least match the £30million they paid for him in 2015.
Ernesto Valverde has taken over the reigns at the Nou Camp and the club are understood to be unhappy with the pictures of him looking less cut than they expected.
Barca face Juventus, Manchester United and Real Madrid in the United States starting with the Italian champions in New York's MetLife Stadium on July 22.

Meanwhile, former boss Luis Enrique looked ripped as he enjoyed time on the beach following his departure from La Masia, despite being 47-years-old.
The former Barca legend, who controversially switched allegiances from Real Madrid in 1996, still looks in playing shape after being snapped on the beach.
He is 17 years older than former star Turan, but that does not seem to matter as he enjoyed a well earned trip to the seaside.
