Anthony Joshua reveals sparring partners ahead of Alexander Povetkin fight

Anthony Joshua has revealed his sparring partners to prepare him for his world title fight against Alexander Povetkin.

AJ will put his IBF, WBO and WBA Super world heavyweight titles on the line at Wembley Stadium against the Russian.

And the Brit has revealed two of his chief sparring partners to help him get in shape for September 22.

"Good sparring with a Future Champion and European Champion," Joshua said alongside the pair.

Martin Bakole and Agit Kabayel are the heavyweights hired by the champ.

With Bakole a highly-rated up-and-coming contender, while Kabayel has beaten Dereck Chisora during his reign as European champion.

Joshua is bidding to establish himself as the world’s best heavyweight, with Deontay Wilder, the only other world heavyweight champion, making the shock move to fight Tyson Fury.

The winner of that super fight could be in line to face AJ at Wembley in the second of his set dates next April.
