PREMIER LEAGUE record-breaker Harvey Elliott is a target for Real Madrid and Barcelona after rejecting a new Fulham deal. The 16-year-old winger, the youngest player to feature in the Prem, has two of the biggest clubs in the world fighting for him in a cut-price deal.RB Leipzig in Germany are also looking at a deal for the England Under-17 star. His appearance against Wolves last month will push his training compensation into the millions for an English club to land him.But going abroad will cost around £200,000 and has sparked interest from the Spanish giants.  Elliott has been watched since making his debut aged 15 in an EFL Cup game against Millwall last season.Scott Parker then picked him last season in the Premier League aged 16 and 30 days, breaking the record by Fulham’s Matthew Briggs.Fulham have offered a new deal for Elliott but there has been no agreement, opening the door for Europe’s top clubs.

KIERAN TRIPPIER has been targeted as a replacement for Juventus right-back Joao Cancelo, according to reports.

The Sunday Times claim the Italian giants are looking at the £30million England full-back, 28, to replace Manchester City target Cancelo.

City are keen to get their hands on £45m Cancelo to provide competition for Kyle Walker.

Trippier has three years remaining on his White Hart Lane contract and Spurs would not be interested in selling him for a low price.

He has top experience playing for England, where he scored in the World Cup semi-final, and for Spurs in the Champions League, where he helped fire them to the final.

Despite the perception that he had an off-form season, Trippier was a key part of Spurs' win over Ajax in the semi-finals and he was Mauricio Pochettino's first-choice right-back ahead of youngster Kyle Walker-Peters.

Spurs signed Trippier from Burnley in 2015 for £3.5m plus add-ons and a sale at Juventus' valuation would represent a near ten-fold increase in value.

MAN UNITED are certainly not lacking ambition!

Having already been linked with centre-backs Issa Diop and Harry Maguire – they are also looking at Milan Skriniar.

The Red Devils wanted a straight swap with Romelu Lukaku – but have been given a very firm 'no'.

In other United news, they want to bring in the latest Brazil sensation Everton, and the player is up for it.

The forward scored his first international goal in their 3-0 Copa America win over Bolivia.

And he believes their style suits his, saying: “I'm a player that's always trying to get on top [of the opposition].

“Cutting in from the left with dribbles and good finishes. Clubs in Europe have this style of play too and maybe I can fit in at Manchester United and others.”

MAN UNITED has preparing a massive bid for West Ham's Issa Diop.

The Red Devils hope a player-plus-£45million deal will be enough to tempt the Hammers to hand over their French defender.

The Londoners only signed Diop from Toulouse last summer for £22m.

But his performances in the Premier League, including against United, has caused Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and co to pursue the 22-year-old.
