TOTTENHAM have reportedly snapped up 14-year-old whiz kid Temidire Emmanuel Okuwa.
Mauricio Pochettino's side have beaten London rival's Chelsea to the Nigerian youngster's signing.
That is according to All Nigeria Soccer, who reported the news this afternoon.
Okuwa was born in 2006 and will represent the U14 team this season.
The teenager has been at West Ham for the last nine years but left the London Stadium this summer.
He trained with both Chelsea and Spurs before deciding to head to last season's Champions League finalists.

CHELSEA midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko does not believe he has taken a step back in his career by rejoining Monaco on loan.
He said: “This was a good opportunity to come back here.
“People will say I'm taking a step back by returning but I see it differently.”

BAYER LEVERKUSEN'S Kai Havertz has hinted that he could be open to a Premier League switch.
The attacking midfielder, 20, was brilliant for the Bundesliga side last season in his role as an attacking midfielder, scoring 20 goals in 42 appearances.
He has attracted attention from the likes of Man Utd, Arsenal and Chelsea – as well as Liverpool and Bayern Munich.
Bayern were frontrunners but unable to complete a deal. Havertz is rated at around £90million.
And now he says he would be up for a change in 12 months time.
He said: “I’m happy to be here and stay in Leverkusen for another year. We’ll see what will happen next summer.”
