Andreas Christensen revealed his former Chelsea youth coach made the players wear microphones in training to encourage them to speak up.
Speaking about former coach Dermot Drummy, he said: “He thought we didn't speak enough at the time, so he put microphones on our backs and then we'd listen to it afterwards.
“He'd say, 'Is the microphone broken or something?'
“We were too quiet, basically, even though we didn't want to shout just for the sake of shouting.”

Alan Shearer has praised Olivier Giroud after his performance in the 4-0 win over Everton on Sunday.
Speaking on Match of the Day 2, Shearer said: “He led the line superbly well. He bullied the two centre-halves in Holgate and Keane.
“They never got near him at all. It helps when they stand four or five yards off you, which was a constant all afternoon.”
