Putting your brain to the test with cognitive puzzles is a great way to keep it active and healthy, and this latest challenge is a water-park favourite, minus the splashes! Think of your brain like a muscle, while people often turn to the gym to keep their bodies in shape, brain teasers can give your brain a good workout.
Courtesy of OutdoorToys, and reported by the Mirror, this game challenges players to spot the blue rubber ring hidden inside a children’s adventure park.
Although the setting is a children’s water park, it will still leave adults scratching their heads, as it is a puzzle that will delight players of all ages.
There are five different swimming pools in the water park, so there will be plenty of attractions and inflatables that pull your gaze when you are trying to find the blue ring. Be careful not to fall for the various other coloured rings in the pools, such as the red, yellow and pink varieties – or the inflatable beds.

For people who love the lazy river, there is no time limit on this game, but if you’re an adrenaline junkie who loves log flumes and the rapids, you are welcome to race against the clock.
You can set the time based on your previous track record playing brain teasers, but we recommend 15 seconds or more to give yourself a fair chance.
For those that require a clue, your first hint is that the rubber ring almost blends in with the background and a second clue for those floating along aimlessly trying to find the ring – think about where you might need to use a rubber ring in general.

Brain puzzles help improve the brain’s ability to perceive and interpret visual information accurately and many say they get better at solving challenges with practice.
Experts say, the healthier a brain is, the lower a person’s risk of developing a neurodegenerative disorder such as dementia.
According to Alzheimer’s Society, one person develops dementia every three minutes in the UK. There is no cure for dementia yet, but the right care and treatment can help a person with dementia live well for as long as possible.
Kate Lee, CEO of Alzheimer’s Society said: “As soon as you realise something is not right, come to Alzheimer’s Society – you can use our symptoms checklist to help have that all-important first chat with your GP.”
