The mum of a bloke dubbed the 'Russian Popeye' is worried sick about his chemically-enhanced biceps.
Kirill Tereshin, the 25-year-old army veteran, says he has always dreamed of having The Hulk’s body – “not only his arms but all the other muscles”.
As a shortcut to his dream look, Kirill has injected himself with huge amounts of Synthol – a mixture of Synthol 85% oil, 7.5% lidocaine, and 7.5% alcohol.

But Irina Tereshin, mum of the the fanatical bodybuilder, has expressed her concerns about his surgery obsession.
“It’s not a normal thing – it’s bad for [his] health, of course,” she said. “He has inflammation from time to time. There’s nothing good about it. Of course, as a mother I worry about it very much…”
Nevertheless, Kirill has continued to flaunt his outsized arms online, claiming to be “the most popular person in the world’ on his Bazooka Hands video channel.
He’s also offered to step into the the ring with Zaira Dyshekova – one of Russia’s leading female MMA fighters.
Dyshekova, nicknamed "Golden Girl,” has an impressive record of wins.
By contrast Kirill was recently forced to tap out of a cage fight when he he was comprehensively battered by online personality blogger Oleg Mongol, and one of his super-sized arms “burst”.
Kirill’s massive arms, which have prompted him to adopt the name “Mister Olympia,” have done nothing to improve his strength.

He accepts that his body modification journey has been “a very difficult path and I had very serious problems”.
Kirill has already had his fake triceps removed but has so far ignored the advice of medics who have begged him to let them remove the potentially deadly implants from his biceps.
As well as the life-threatening modifications to his arms, Kirill has undergone surgery to give his face an “alien” look, boasting that his enlarged lips and cheekbones make him "an ideally handsome male".
He told his followers: "I want to make an alien face.
“I have believed in aliens since I saw UFOs as a teenager.
“I know that they exist and that they are the most powerful race in the entire world. I feel like I'm going to them."
Kirill has since gone through two rounds of surgery to remove dead muscle and skin after doctors warned he may lose his arms.

In the past he has admitted that this was "due to my own stupidity".
His followers on TikTok are increasingly concerned for Kirill’s welfare, describing him as “completely lost in the mind” following a recent post.
Surgeon Dmitry Melnikov said “The risk of complications in this case is very high.
“But inaction will not help the patient.
“A toxic substance in the body long term can complicate the kidneys and lead to death.”
