A Michael Jackson lookalike who bears such a similarity to the late King of Pop that fans think he’s the real deal has sparked a fresh wave of conspiracies with a new video.
Sergio Cortes went viral back in October when he announced a new tour, with viewers amazed by his facial features and iconic high-pitched voice.
Despite MJ dying in 2009, some became convinced Sergio was the man himself.
He then faced calls to get a DNA test to prove he who he really was while some Brits demanded he toured in the UK .
In new footage posted to his Instagram account yesterday, the Spaniard is seen addressing his fans in Russia.
“I am Sergio Cortes, I will see you soon,” he says, ahead of a gig in Nizhny Novgorod.
Sergio wears a typically MJ-like jacket for the announcement.

Michael Jackson alive conspiracy: Fans beg for singer to come perform in UK
More than 22,000 people have seen the footage since it was shared, with many believing it was proof Jacko is still alive.
“Michael it has to be you,” one commented.
Another wrote: “Omg, MJ isn’t dead.”
And a third agreed, adding: “MJ, stop pretending you’re someone else.”
A fourth admitted his looks were "identical" to the famed singer.
Despite his uncanny similarities to Jackson, Sergio has always maintained his appearance is natural.

In a recent video he was asked how much he had spent to look like he did.
“Sorry, but I’m natural,” he responded in the Instagram comments.
Cortes explained — in Spanish — how his unlikely career came about in his biography on his Facebook page.
“When I was finishing high school in 1987, a journalist observed that I was similar [to Michael Jackson] and asked me why I didn't put on makeup like he did in a report for a magazine.
“I found it fun. Then, two weeks later, they called me some Swiss producers who promoted Michael Jackson perfume to use my image.
“It was all coincidental that my fanaticism has become my working life.
“Then they also weighed coincidences such as the vocal timbral.”
“For the perfume, of course, he had to give an approval,” Cortes added.
In 1997, Cortes said he got to meet the real Michael Jackson when he was “hired to be the double that waves from the hotel window”.
