Married at First Sight Australia star Jessika Power has been rushed to A&E with a mystery illness.
The reality TV star posted a photo to social media from her bed after being sent to hospital.
Jessika, 29, then posted a video on Instagram of her hooked up to an oxygen and heartbeat monitor and in a hospital gown.
She hasn’t given a reason why she is there or what the illness causing it is, only sharing a series of sad face emojis.
After the star finished filming Married at First Sight two years ago, she got addicted to anxiety medication Xanax.
During the show, which was filmed in 2018, Jessika gained a large following after she cheated on her husband and swapped marriage partners.
She tied the knot Mick Gould but went on to have an affair with Dan Webb.
Jessika is now an Instagram influencer and has received a lot of "backlash" and has been "slammed online", leading her to Xanax.
She said, "I actually had a Xanax addiction and I was drinking a bottle of wine a day.
"It was after my live breakup with Dan. I had moved my whole entire life somewhere for a man, I was already getting slammed online from the show.
"Then everybody got to watch my live breakup – I was getting all of this, 'You deserved this', as well as the heartbreak."
She went on to say it “really was not OK” despite having “really thick skin”.
Not only did she turn to Xanax, but she drank more too because of the backlash.
During the filming of the show, Jess says producers would always "have a rum and coke" laid out for her.
She said: "I get a little rowdy and a little bit mouthy on dark spirits and the producers picked up on that halfway through filming.
"I was the only one allowed to have a rum and coke, and they would have it at my placement at the dinner table when we walked in.
