Can you still get tickets for Glastonbury if you didn't manage to get any?

503 service unavailable?

The dreaded page many Glastonbury hopefuls see each year before the inevitable announcement that, once again, tickets sold out in minutes.

If you didn’t manage to get Glasto 2020 tickets Sunday morning, there could still be a chance of going. How? Read on…

Glastonbury tickets sold out. Will I be able to get them another time?

There’s a Glasto resale each year.

Resale tickets for Glastonbury 2020 will be on sale in April 2020.

The coach resale will take place on Thursday 16th April 2020 followed by the main resale, on Sunday 19th April 2020.

Are there really ‘secret’ resales?

There’s no official word on these but, in previous years, a number of tickets have gone on sale through the official Glasto website without any notice.

In past years, social media users have shared their relief at snagging one of these holy grail tickets.

These tend to sneak up after the official resale in April, but they’re not guaranteed.

Being prepared for a secret Glastonbury resale:

Set up page alert: Use a free page alert tool that will send you a notification when a website changes.

There are many you can install on a Chrome browser, or you can use ones like followthatpage.com.

If you set up an alert for the Glastonbury Festival ticket page, you should be notified if it changes.

Stay ready:

That old maxim of you don’t have to get ready if you stay ready applies here.

If a secret resale does happen, make sure you have all the registration numbers, postcodes and bank card details of anyone in your group looking to snag a ticket.

Can I buy Glasto tickets on eBay?

No. The only authentic place to buy Glastonbury tickets is Seetickets.

The reason you’re required to register before you can even attempt to get a ticket is because each ticket is personalised to your registered profile.

This is to stop touts selling on tickets at inflated prices.
