Meghan Markle spent her morning visiting the Royal Variety Charity’s nursing and care home in Twickenham, and got into a bunch of highly adorable conversations while there. Specifically, she chatted to a very sweet lady who wasted no time asking the pregnant Duchess how she’s feeling.
While the royals typically shy away from personal questions, Meghan responded by saying she’s feeling “very good”—which we can all agree is great to hear. Watch the moment go down in this video courtesy of royal reporter Rebecca English:

Though honestly the best part of the whole thing is Meghan asking if her new friend had kids and getting the response “I had a career.” Meghan’s reaction? “That, I understand.”
FYI, the Duchess is due this spring, and until then she’s expected to chill in England where she’ll be spending the holidays with the Queen, Prince William, Kate Middleton, and several other fancy royals at Sandringham.
