There is also a habit tracker that helps me stay consistent with whatever daily habit I’m working on (last year it was mostly meditation and yoga!) // I also hope this word will help guide me in other areas of my life: ✨Family – At the end of the day and the year, for me it’s about family first, quality time with my kids and husband is so important to me! (Mom & sisters too!) ✨Home – despite my procrastination cleaning breaks I feel like my home is always a bit messy and unorganized!
