Teresa Giudice and Dina Manzo are as thick as thieves.
Giudice, 49, posted a photo with her close friend and former “Real Housewives of New Jersey” co-star, also 49, on Tuesday amid Dina’s drama with her sister Caroline Manzo.
“Good friends are like angels, you don’t need to see them to know that they are always there💕💕,” Giudice captioned a photo on Instagram from her recent trip to California, where Dina currently lives.
Dina commented, “Love you ❤️❤️❤️,” and her daughter, Lexi Ioannou, added, “💗💗💗💗.”
Dina has been at odds with Caroline — who also appeared on “RHONJ” — for quite some time. However, their relationship recently made headlines after Caroline, 59, wrote a letter to a judge to advocate for Dina’s ex-husband, Tommy Manzo, who was accused of hiring a hitman to attack Dina and her new husband, Dave Cantin, as part of a 2017 home invasion.
Tommy is currently awaiting trial, but that hasn’t stopped the family from sparring via social media comments.
Meanwhile, Dina also recently accused her nephew (and Caroline’s son) Albie Manzo of using his podcast, “Dear Albie,” to capitalize on the family drama.
Instead, Albie, 35, defended his mom — without instigating any more drama — on the episode Dina referred to, simply saying: “[My mom] made a choice that she knew going in was going to be extraordinarily unpopular, [that] could’ve been easily twisted into something that it isn’t, but she made it anyway. Because she felt it was the right thing to do.”
He explained, “My mother wrote a letter based on the character as we know him. The facts as we’ve seen them, as we know him in his life. Is he a threat to society? The answer is no. We believe the answer is no.
“This isn’t about family drama,” he concluded. “This is a ‘right and wrong’ situation.”
Giudice has a lengthy history of drama with Caroline too.
Their relationship deteriorated on “RHONJ” before it came to an explosion in 2019 during the “Joe and Teresa: Unlocked” special with Andy Cohen, in which Giudice addressed a comment Caroline made predicting future trouble for the “Standing Strong” author and her then-husband, Joe Giudice, after the former couple’s prison stints.
“How could she predict that? Could she have anything to do with what happened to Joe and I? Is she a rat?” Teresa questioned.
Caroline and Teresa then appeared in a 2020 Super Bowl commercial together, but it doesn’t look like they’ll be breaking bread again anytime soon.
