There’s nothing like weeks on end of self-isolation to throw all your relationships into sharp relief. Whether you’ve ditched that ‘no-strings’ match, because the thought of tethering yourself to someone new for an unspecified period of time was actually pretty horrifying; you’re already primed to call in the divorce lawyers after finding yourself in far too close proximity to your other half; or you’re passionately reconnecting with lost friends and exes, the rapid spread of COVID-19 has reshaped all of our relationships drastically.
What is it really like to love in the time of coronavirus? Over the next few weeks, we want to tell your stories. Be they heartwarming, heartbreaking, honest or just downright hilarious. And we need your contributions.
How to tell us what you’re really going through
Are you a mother working on the frontline, who has had to self-isolate from her children? Have you moved in with that guy you just met on Tinder? What moments of joy keep you going?
Tell us where you are in the world, the relationship you want to talk about and how you’re feeling, no holding back. You can jot down your thoughts in writing or record them in a voice memo – and email them to us at [email protected]. You can be anonymous, or not. Either way, we simply want to hear from you.
We will be bringing your stories together as part of our online series Love In The Time of Corona, and on a special one-off podcast. And if you need some inspiration, just read on here…
