In a bid to keep their private lives private, most senior members of the Royal Family understandably avoid social media.
But their relatives who don’t spend their entire lives in the spotlight are more relaxed, with Princess Eugenie, Sarah Ferguson and Lady Amelia Windsor all sharing their personal snaps.
And now it’s been revealed that the Duchess of Cambridge’s little brother James Middleton is on Instagram – and he’s shared some great photos over the years.
The page has come to light after Spencer Matthews, the brother-in-law of James’s sister Pippa, tagged him in a photo of them on his wedding day.
James, who runes marshmallow gift company Boomf, joined the photo sharing site in 2013, after Kate married William, and his post is mainly dedicated to his gorgeous dogs.
He shares photos of cocker spaniels Ella, Zulu, Inka, Rafa and Luna getting up to all sorts of adventures, including trips to the beach and rides in his cars and trucks.
James has also posted pictures from his holidays, with snaps from Hong Kong, Stockholm and America.
He also shared a sweet celebratory photo when Princess Charlotte was born.
He has 12,600 followers and follows 308, including Princess Eugenie, Taylor Swift, Bear Grylls and Cara Delevingne.
He still follows his ex, singer and Dancing on Ice star Donna Air.
He also follows Prince Harry’s ex Cressida Bonas.
This week it was revealed that James has been dating financial expert Alizee Thevenet, 29, for six months.

The couple, who pals say are serious about each other, couldn’t keep their hands off each other during a winter holiday on the Caribbean island of St Bart this week.
The couple joined the rest of the Middleton family, including new mum Pippa and her husband James Matthews, for the break and were spotted making the most of the sunshine.
James’s brother, Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews, and his wife model Vogue Williams were also there, and spent time playing in the sea with the couple.
Alizee is fluent in three languages, moving between Germany, Indonesia, Chile, France, Belgium and England when she was growing up. She has been living in London for the past five years.
One of their friends told the Mail she met James in a bar when he offered to buy her a drink, but claims she had no idea who he was until a friend told her.
