Natalie Cassidy looked over the moon when she was joined by a whole host of friends and family to celebrate her milestone birthday over the weekend.
The EastEnders icon, who recently shared a rare snap with her lookalike daughter, was all smiles as friends and co-stars including Jamie Borthwick and Dean Gaffney spent their evening celebrating her big 40th birthday.
Also in attendance at the star-studded bash were Jessie Wallace, Lacey Turner and Danielle Harold – all of whom looked sensational as they embraced the festivities.
Giving fans a glimpse inside her special occasion, Natalie, who is known for playing Sonia Fowler on the soap, reposted a series of snaps to her Instagram Story.
So, in celebration of Natalie’s big day, let’s take a look inside the lavish party…
Natalie beamed from ear to ear as her EastEnders co-stars joined her to welcome in her 40th birthday. In one snap, fellow soap star Jamie Borthwick could be seen wrapping his arms around Natalie as he kissed her on the cheek. Keeping things casual for the occasion, James sported a denim blue shirt which he wore on top of a white T-shirt.

In another snap posted by James, the EastEnders star was joined by his co-stars Lacey Turner, Emma Barton, Danielle Harold and Jessie Wallace. Jessie could be seen standing at the front of the snap as she showed off her stunning outfit which featured a pink long sleeve top which she wore over a blush pink dress. Lacey meanwhile embraced the spring weather by wearing a fresh green dress and denim jacket.

Natalie accompanied Karen Taylor actress Lorraine Stanley as they posed for a snap together. Sharing the heartwarming photo to Instagram, Lorraine wrote: "Happy birthday @natcass1 Thankyou for such a brilliant night!! Much love" followed by a string of emojis.

EastEnders icon also joined Natalie at her birthday and wished his "sis" a happy day on Instagram. Matching Natalie’s all white outfit, Dean looked effortlessly cool as he wore a black T-shirt underneath a bright white denim jacket.

Emma Barton was also in attendance at the bash and shared a gorgeous black and white photo of her and Natalie flashing their smiles for the camera. Emma looked very smart as she wore a dark coloured blazer as well as a white brimmed hat.

Following the star-studded event, Danielle Harold shared a trio of photobooth pictures alongside her and the birthday girl. As they partied the night away, Danielle sported a black jumpsuit and a blue denim jacket and wore her icy blonde hair in some loose waves.

For her special occasion, Natalie looked very chic as she sported a trendy white waist coat and a pair of wide leg trousers. To finish of the sophisticated look, the actress wore her fringed bob in a tousled look.

Natalie’s birthday venue looked incredible when thanks to its stunning decorations. The room featured a balloon wall filled with green, gold, cream and pink balloons as well as a large ’40’ lightbox. The actress’ birthday cake was also in keeping with the green and pink theme and was topped with some beautiful flowers.
