YOU might be thinking about doing some home improvement over the long Easter weekend.
Or with good weather forecast, it may be time to head out into the garden.
So it could be useful to know when B&Q will be open and whether you can order things online.
Most shops have altered opening hours as both Good Friday and Easter Monday are bank holidays, and retailers are required by law to close on Easter Sunday.
But many are still open for most of the weekend.
What time is B&Q open?
B&Q stores themselves have been closed for a couple of weeks now, but customers can order items online and then pick them up using the click and collect service.
This means you can order your items online anytime.
Most stores are open from 8am until 5pm on Friday, Saturday and Monday for you to pick up your items.
However, all stores are closed on Sunday.
When can I collect my order?
B&Q has urged customers not to visit their local store until they have been contacted confirming that their order is ready for collection.
Orders may take a few days to arrive – so you might not get your things in time for this weekend.
You can find your nearest store here.
Can I get home delivery?
You can get some products delivered directly to your home – but not everything.
B&Q has limited the number of items available for home delivery in order to protect its staff, and also to try and keep up with increased demand.
If the item you want can be delivered, B&Q charges £5 for next day delivery, or it is free for orders over £50.
When are the Easter holidays in 2020?
This year Good Friday falls on Friday, April 10 and Easter Monday is on April 13.
For many working adults this means four-day weekend as both the Friday and Monday are bank holidays.
Schools usually get around two weeks off for the Easter break.
Dates vary in different areas so you should check your school or council's website.
