Teamwork makes the dream work! Sofia Richie revealed that coparenting is going well for her boyfriend, Scott Disick, and his ex Kourtney Kardashian.
“It’s great,” the model, 20, told Us Weekly exclusively on Thursday, February 14, while she and Disick, 35, celebrated Valentine’s Day at the Sugar Factory American Brasserie inside the Theater Box in San Diego.
Before their 2015 split, Disick and Kardashian, 39, welcomed three kids together — Mason, 9, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 4 — but the exes still vacation together with their brood. Richie recently accompanied them on a December 2018 Cabo trip, and the three were spotted lounging in swimwear together.
Khloé Kardashian tweeted about how happy the photos made her when she saw them on social media. “Beyond proud of all of them!!!!” she wrote. “This is LOVE!! Your children before anything else!! All amazing adults right right!!!”
A source close to Kourtney told Us Weekly at the time, “Everyone really likes Sofia. She’s really sweet and she’s so good with the kids. They all get along, it’s crazy. When you get to a stage with your ex and you can be around him and his new [girlfriend], that’s a great stage to be in, and Kourtney knows how lucky they are.”
The insider added: “Kourtney and Scott make sure to make everything as normal as possible for the kids, especially around the holidays.”
The mother of three opened up about this during a Today show appearance earlier this month. “I feel like I show a message, too, of, like, parents can get along and work together,” the reality star said. “We travel together and … I think it’s a good message to show other people. I’m not doing it for that reason, but I think the positive things that we are doing, it’s nice, too.”
