Along with a bio of the leaders, the book also features inspirational quotes and full-page illustrations of the women, all done by female artists.
There's also space for young readers (ages 5 to 10) to write their own story and to draw their own portrait into the book's pages as well. Readers can also take a questionnaire to find out what kind of leader they are, plus a "Leadership Training" section offers a guide and prompt to becoming an effective leader.
