New Dad Andy Cohen Is Smitten with His 'Two Valentines,' Son Benjamin and Dog Wacha: 'Lucky Me'

Andy Cohen has his hands full this Valentine’s Day, but he couldn’t feel more fulfilled.

In a heartstring-tugging snapshot the Watch What Happens Live host shared to social media on Thursday, he beamed while surrounded with love from his two main guys: dog Wacha and 1-week-old son Benjamin Allen.

“TWO Valentines! Lucky me ♥️♥️♥️,” Cohen wrote in the photo’s caption.

Earlier in the day, a cute picture on Wacha’s own Instagram account showed the pup peering between the bars of Benjamin’s crib at the newborn.

“Checking on my little brother! ? ♥️ ?,” the caption read.

For this week’s issue of PEOPLE, Cohen and his cover costar Benjamin posed for an exclusive photo shoot, and the new dad sat down for an interview with PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly Editorial Director Jess Cagle about all things fatherhood — including his plans for introducing his son and canine.

“Wacha has not met Benjamin yet,” he explained to Cagle of his rescue dog and newborn baby boy. “I want to get Benjamin acclimated to the space and get us acclimated to everything.”

“And then that dog is going to bound in here in a few days. He’ll be back,” Cohen continued. “There’s gonna be a bris [a Jewish circumcision ceremony], and then the dog will appear.”

Wacha was an important companion for Cohen as the Bravo personality, 50, awaited the arrival of his first child, who was born Feb. 4 via surrogate.

And though a source told PEOPLE in December that Cohen felt “relieved” his news was finally out there with six weeks to go, waiting for his baby on the way wasn’t an easy task.

“Patiently waiting … ” he captioned an Instagram photo on Christmas Eve, featuring himself and Wacha lovingly staring into one another’s eyes.
