Breastfeeding your babies can be hard work – and some mums have more difficulty with it than others.
Some mums, for various reasons, may not be able to breastfeed their children at all.
Tabitha Frost has a rare condition called hyperlactation syndrome, which means she produces three times more breast milk than the average mother – she has to pump every THREE hours.
To deal with her excess supply, she has so far donated 1,000 pints to babies in need – and has a fridge stocked full of her own milk.
On her Instagram page , the California-based mum wrote: "On top of being a busy mom of three, I am a breast milk donor
"I’ve naturally had an oversupply with all three kids, but the first time as a new mom, I had no idea it wasn’t the norm, so I simply just froze my extra milk for later.
"The second time around, my lactation consultant saw I was pumping OUNCES of colostrum in the hospital and she gave me the idea of donating my extra milk."
Pumping that much milk is almost like a full-time job, as Tabitha spends three hours doing it around the clock with one five hour stretch at night. She also spends a lot of time bagging milk, cleaning and sanitising her equipment.

She added: "I post this not to make others envious, but to spread awareness about donated breast milk.
"I have always enjoyed helping others and I am very proud of this accomplishment."
Tabitha is helping all kinds of women and babies with her donations. One one of her posts she explained how she was helping twin babies who have a bleeding disease and depend solely on breastmilk – their mother had surgery and lost her supply during recovery.
She writes about her journey as a donor on her Instagram page, where she receives support from people who think she is "amazing" and "brilliant".
