The things parents do for love! Meghan King Edmonds is mom of infant twins and a toddler. And she’s surviving without any coffee.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum, who welcomed boys Hayes and Hart in June, shared a two-month milestone photo on Sunday, August 5. In the snap, the adorable babies wear matching Boston Terrier rattle socks and Ralph Lauren coveralls. According to Edmonds, Hayes (right) weighs 1/2 pound more than his brother!
“We smile sometimes, we love drinking dairy-free and caffeine-free mama’s milk,” she captioned the picture. “We kick our legs, eat each other’s hands, and sometimes sleep for a five hour stretch at night!”

In the comments, the former Bravo star revealed why she ditched one of her favorite drinks. “Hart was so active and awake one day when I had two cups of coffee — he was insufferable!” wrote Edmonds. “So I cut it out the next day and the change was remarkable and immediate.” (According to the La Leche League, while caffeine does pass into breast milk, the baby only gets about 1.5 percent of what the mom receives.)
The TV personality and her husband, Jim Edmonds, are also parents of 21-month-old daughter Aspen. In June, Meghan explained to Us Weekly how a live-in nanny, who the couple consider a “family” member, helps them balance three kids.
“I basically told her that when the twins came, I would have her just focus on Aspen, so that way we could keep everything the same for Aspen as much as possible,” Meghan told Us at the time. “Cause she’s used to her nanny, and then I could focus doing everything with the twins.”
That includes tandem breast-feeding. “Feeding two at the same time is, like, next level,” she admitted. “I just thought it would be so easy and it’s not not.”
