Khloé Kardashian Has No Time for Nasty Comments About How Much Money She Spends on True

Khloé Kardashian likes to spend money on her daughter, but when the haters come out to shame her for her spending habits, she certainly was not about to sit back and stay silent. Honestly, we kind of love the way she handled the nasty comments.

A video she posted to IG highlighted her sweet toddler daughter, True Thompson, playing in a glittery pink toy Bentley. Sounds cute and innocent, right? Well, to some fans, it was just more evidence that Khloé spends way too much cash on her daughter and it’s not a good look.

The Instagram account, Comments by Celebs, helpfully screenshotted the exchange between Kardashian and the commenter. Instagram user @marsiotis writes, “Great, another Kardashian in a Bentley. You guys are so oblivious to how your excessive spending looks to the outside world. I really loved your family’s story and now just can’t bare [SIC] to watch as you spend all this money on worthless materialism. It’s so sad.”

Kardashian wasn’t all about that, however, and wrote back, “Ummm you know this is not a real Bentley? It’s a toy. No reason to get sad over a baby in a toy car. either way I’m sorry you feel that way but I hope you have a great weekend! Focus on things that make you happy! Smile!”

The two continued the conversation where they really seemed to work out their differences. The original commenter didn’t exactly walk back their original message but they did proceed a little more civilly (perhaps they were surprised Kardashian responded?).

Kardashian noted she appreciated their second message more than their first and wrote that she’s a good person and life is all about balance. She does admit she spoils her daughter, but also that she’ll be raised with values and responsibilities — and will do chores around the house once she’s old enough.

Khloé Kardashian is just like the rest of us parents — she likes to buy her child fun stuff and post about it on social media. Although, most of us don’t have to deal with random strangers judging what we do (oh, and also most of us don’t have the gigantic bank account and fame, either).
