Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are the epitome of proud parents. The former All My Children costars — and real-life husband and wife — celebrated their daughter Lola’s 18th birthday with a series of sweet tributes on Sunday, June 16.
“18 years ago i came up with the best Father’s Day present for @instasuelos. Happy Birthday @theyoungestyung we love you so much we actually punch ourselves in the face,” Ripa 48, captioned a video collage on Instagram that showed multiple throwback pictures of her little girl. The clip was set to Sarah Vaughan’s iconic song “Whatever Lola Wants.”

Ripa later honored Consuelos, also 48, in an Instagram Story for Father’s Day with a photo of him holding and gazing at a then-newborn Lola along with Stevie Wonder’s hit “Isn’t She Lovely” playing in the background.
The Riverdale star, for his part, couldn’t help but gush over his only daughter in a series of photos on Instagram. “Happy 18th LGC. You were the best Father’s Day gift ever. fly high and remember to keep your heels down,” he wrote.
Lola’s 18th birthday comes on the heels of another exciting life event — her high school graduation. Ripa and Consuelos — who wed in May 1996 and also share sons Michael, 22, and Joaquin, 16 — documented memorable moments from the ceremony on Instagram on Thursday, June 13.
“The Graduate,” Ripa captioned a picture of the family of five. And that wasn’t all! Days prior to getting her diploma, Lola stunned in an emerald green gown as she attended her senior prom.
The Live With Kelly and Ryan host — who is often vocal about her teenager’s disapproval of the photos she takes — jokingly captioned a series of dance pics: “It only took 20 hours, but we finally got two approved prom photos. #prom 2019 ?? love you.”
