We love Jimmy Fallon for many reasons — his hilarity, his devoted parenting, his stealth show-stealing in Factory Girl (what, you missed that? How could you?!) and of course, his Halloween candy pranks. And this week, we love Fallon for his straight-shooting words towards other celeb dads of note — namely, one Justin Timberlake, you may have heard of him. Fallon got candid with Entertainment Tonight this past weekend about parenting, and the Tonight Show host and father of two had some simple tips for good pal JT. That, and he pretty much wants to hire Timberlake’s son Silas as his stylist. I mean, don’t we all though.
“Even when he was like 2, he was wearing cooler outfits than anyone,” Fallon shared of Timberlake’s 4-year-old son with actress Jessica Biel. “I was like, ‘Where do you get outfits like that?’ He had like baggy pants and like Nikes that are unreleased and stuff. I was like, ‘What? This kid is the coolest kid in the world.’” Fallon also added that Silas is a “good kid” (duh). But even well-behaved (and well-dressed) tots have been known cause some trouble now and again, and even celeb dads could use some advice, right? Luckily for JT, Fallon has survived six whole years of fatherhood thanks to daughters Winnie (6) and Frances (4) as well as his producer wife Nancy Juvonen.

When asked what fatherhood advice Fallon would give Timberlake, the Tonight Show host simply recommended that Justin bring in backup.
“When all fails, just talk to Jessica,” Fallon told ET, referring to Timberlake’s wife of 7 years. “She’s awesome, so she’ll help.” We’d have to agree — although having your only dad advice be “ask your wife for help” seems like a weak pointer, Jimmy. We’ll give you a B for this one but you need to drum up some more originality next time, k?

Fallon is in the baby biz himself now, with his latest book This Is Baby, out on shelves this month. But this famous father doesn’t have all the answers; he’s just as exhausted as anyone. “I’m much more tired than I’ve ever been,” the comic said, mentioning having to regularly share his bed with both kids as well as the dog. “But it’s the best. I mean, it’s the most rewarding thing.”
This is Baby, Fallon’s latest book for little ones, is available now. The TV star is already a best-selling author, courtesy of his previous titles, Everything is Mama and Your Baby’s First Word Will Be DADA.
