As stars debate the health benefits of the keto diet, former adult-film actress Jenna Jameson revealed an unlikely supporter — her daughter, 21-month-old Batel Lu.
The mother of three spoke to her followers while cooking keto-approved cabbage and shaved steak for lunch on Wednesday. She said she usually adds jasmine rice or pasta for Batel, but that her toddler tends to take more to the keto parts of the meal.
“She does prefer keto foods,” Jameson said on her Instagram story. “I think it’s because she’s breastfed and my breast milk probably tastes like keto. I have keto boobs, guys!”
Jameson’s story later featured a clip of Batel eating the cooked cabbage from a bowl. “Mmm, so good huh?” she said as Batel chowed down.

Talk of her daughter’s love for keto comes one day after Jameson, 44, took to Instagram to defend the high-fat, moderate-protein, low-carb way of eating.
Following celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels‘ public comments condemning the eating plan for being unhealthy and a bad idea, Jameson talked about the keto journey that helped her lose 80 lbs. in less than a year.
“Let’s talk intuition. I have found that people get scared into overthinking keto,” Jameson wrote alongside before-and-after photos. “That if they intake too much protein, or don’t have the correct macros they will fail. I call bull—. Trust your intuition and your body.”
Jameson ended her post by compelling her fans to follow her lead.
“Stop buying foods labeled keto and MAKE your own foods! Buy whole foods. Eat until satiated and implement intermittent fasting. YOU WILL LOSE. Not only will you lose, your skin will be tighter and brighter, your mind [will] fire on all cylinders.”
“I am not pushing a product, I’m only pushing my way of thinking and my healthy lifestyle,” she concluded the caption. “I love you. ?”
