As she’s told Us, her 10-year-old daughter, Jade, inspires her to work out. “I want to feel good for her, and I work a lot. So feeling good is really important,” she said. “Working out is part of my routine. And I grew up watching my mom do the same thing.” The family fitness philosophy is equally balanced: “We’re little people that do a little bit of everything, but not a lot of anything!”
