In July, David gushed to Us Weekly about Coco’s starring role in the play. “She’s got the lead and it’s really exciting,” he raved. “She loves acting and singing and performing. She’s got the family genes.”
Not only is Coco a talented actress — she’s a budding environmentalist. “She goes to a school that’s extremely progressive and, luckily, she knows almost more than I do,” Cox, 45, told Us in March 2017. “She teaches me everything. Recycling, not wasting, conserving water.”
The Friends alum and David split in 2010 after 11 years of marriage. “It wasn’t a dramatic ending. I mean, as divorces go, I would say it’s one of the better ones,” Cox told Us. “We’re good coparents together.”
Both stars have moved on. Cox is engaged to Snow Patrol Rocker Johnny McDaid, while David and his wife, Christina Arquette, are parents of sons, Charlie, 4, and Augustus, 18 months.
