Big Brother's Jess and Cody Are Expecting Their First Child!

2018 just keeps getting more exciting for this Big Brother couple! Jessica Graf is expecting her first child with fiance Cody Nickson.

Graf, 27, announced her pregnancy in a lengthy Instagram post on Monday, September 24. “WE’RE PREGNANT! And I’m over the moon!” she wrote alongside a photo of the pair holding an ultrasound picture. “I’m so excited to bring our first child into this life we have created together!”

The Amazing Race alum continued: “I’ve been pretty quiet on Instagram lately. I’ve been avoiding posting stories and photos as much as I normally do because we’ve been taking this time to really enjoy all the great blessings we have in our life ❤️ Considering our engagement was leaked before we could tell anyone, it’s been so great to be able to share our new addition with our loved ones before making this announcement!”

As for how far along she is, Graf added that she’s “a little over 11 weeks and we plan on bringing our little angel into the world on April 11, 2019, just two days before Codys birthday.”

She concluded: “We’re honored to be adding the FIFTH Big Brother baby to the world! We can’t wait to meet you little one and we already love you more than anything! ?? #MomToBe #BabyOnBoard”

Graf detailed when she found out the happy news — and how she told her love — in a statement to Us Weekly following the announcement.

“We actually found out while watch the finale of The Bachelorette. I wasn’t feeling well at all and decided to take a test even though I was pretty sure I wasn’t pregnant! I didn’t tell Cody I was taking a test. I just went and laid back in bed with him, pregnancy test in my hoodie pocket,” she dished. “The show distracted me so I had forgot it was in there until after it ended. I pulled the stick out and immediately gasped at the result! Cody looked at me scared and confused at the look on my face, when I handed him the stick! He immediately burst out into laughter and I burst into tears! It was the best surprise! We don’t know the gender just yet!”

Graf also revealed that the pair “are having a gender reveal brunch the day after our wedding so that all our family and friends can celebrate with us.”

The 33-year-old former Marine also took to Instagram to share his excitement in a heartfelt post. (Nickson is also father to a 6-year-old daughter, Paisley, from a previous relationship.)

“Every day, Jessica and I thank the Lord for all the blessings He gives us. And now we are blessed with the greatest gift… a child. We are beyond pleased,” he captioned a picture of the beaming mom-to-be cradling her belly. “Thank you for all who have stood with us in support… and thank you to those who have opposed us to make all the victories worth it. I’m looking forward to Jessica being my wife and the matriarch of the Nickson establishment in Texas. What an incredible year.”

Last month, the two celebrated a joint bachelor/bachelorette party in Miami ahead of their upcoming fall wedding. Graf and Nickson met and fell in love last summer during season 19 of the reality show and got engaged in February. Later that month, the pair opened up to Us Weekly about the possibility of expanding their brood.

“10, ASAP,” Nickson told Us when asked if they want kids. “We’re planning to have the wedding in the fall so that we can start a family sooner rather than later,” Graf added.
