Beyoncé is one proud mom, and she wants the whole world to know it. Following her eldest daughter’s surprise appearance during her May 26 Paris show for the “Renaissance” tour, the global superstar praised Blue Ivy for her performance and general existence.
Sharing a few photos and videos on Instagram of Blue on stage at the concert, Beyoncé wrote, “My beautiful first born 🙏🏾 I’m so proud and thankful to be your mama. You bring us so much joy, my sweet angel.” The 11-year-old looked like a total natural — and honestly, how could she not be with Beyoncé and Jay-Z as her parents? — dancing along to choreographed routines with her mom’s group of professional dancers and looking incredibly comfortable performing in front of a sold-out crowd. If this is Blue at 11, she’s bound to be an absolute force in the future.
The pre-teen surprised the Paris crowd by coming on stage during “My Power” and stayed through the following song, “Black Parade.” Wearing a metallic silver outfit to match the backup dancers, Blue performed alongside them with a confident smile on her face, flawlessly executing every move. After the song ended, Beyoncé shouted, “Give it up for Blue!” — and Queen Bey wasn’t the only member of the Knowles-Carter crew to cheer on the incredibly gifted little girl.

Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles-Lawson, shared a video from the concert on Instagram in which the crowd is going absolutely wild for Blue at the end of the performance. As tens of thousands of people chanted her name, the 11-year-old looked equal parts pleased and humbled by the response.
The proud grandma captioned the clip, “Last night I saw my beautiful grandbaby (11) dance in the front of almost 70 thousand people ! She killed it and was as cool as a cucumber!” Knowles-Lawson added, “Blue Ivy Carter ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ No Fear❤️❤️”
