Before leaving New York City on Sept. 21, Simpson posed for this rooftop pic, writing, “Baby Girl and I are saying Bye Bye Big Apple.”
Though she joked on Instagram that “Flights are VERY long pregnant,” she was back at JFK on Oct. 11, cradling her bump as she walked. (Later, she Insta’d that she got “up to go to the bathroom 40 times on my flight.”)
Out in New York City on Oct. 11, Simpson impressively strutted her stuff in heels.
Baby’s first celeb sighting? Simpson and baby girl hung with Katy Perry on Oct. 11 at the Fashion Footwear Association of New York Awards.
For the Oct. 11 honors, at which she won the Icon Award, Mom chose a burgundy dress with metallic detail. “To me, beauty truly comes from within and when I feel good in my own skin, and the clothes that are covering that skin, I can project my best self,” she wrote in an Instagram post about the night.
The next morning she posted this sultry shot, giving a kiss to New York City and a hug to her bump.
Shortly before Christmas, the mom-to-be covered up in a cozy reindeer onesie.
On Christmas Eve, Simpson was “church ready” in a green velvet dress.
