Eden Fowler’s (Stephanie Panozzo) life hangs in the balance in Home and Away after a devastating car crash.
The musician, as viewers know, was seriously injured during a collision last week while driving best mate Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis) to her wedding to Tane Parata (Ethan Browne).
The bikies, out for revenge, sabotaged the wedding car, having cut the brake fluid, which was leaking all over the place, unbeknown to Flick and Eden, who set off for the venue.
Eden made the discovery about the brakes when approaching a sluggish van, trying to brake to no avail. Felicity, horrified, urged her best mate to slow down, so – in a bid to avoid a collision with the van – Eden swerved into oncoming traffic, which is when tragedy struck.
Swerving out of the way to avoid Leah Patterson (Ada Nicodemou) and Justin Morgan’s (James Stewart) car, Eden and Flick crashed, as did the other vehicle, leaving a number of lives on the line.
Tane, having been notified of the atrocity, showed up in the nick of time, rescuing both Flick and Eden from the disaster.
Eden remains in a critical condition, much to the horror of Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright), but will she die?
Does Eden die in Home and Away?
No, Eden does not die in Home and Away.
The character is currently in a coma, and will remain so for the next week or so, leaving Cash hellbent on revenge.
The policeman is determined to avenge the woman he loves, even if that means ignoring official police protocol and going rogue. Cash hands over his belongings at the prison so he can pay a visit to Tex in prison, knowing full well that the bikies are behind the crash.
Tex, however, isn’t playing ball, but Cash reckons the criminal is definitely hiding something.

Next week will see the narrative in question reach a dramatic peak, with Cash being kidnapped by the bikies a gun showdown.
Tane, however, watches the tense scenes unfold and, determined to rescue Cash, he makes his presence felt.
Eden, meanwhile, wakes up from her coma, but she struggles to recall anything about her relationship with Cash, leaving the policeman upset, adamant that he should’ve confessed his feelings for Eden sooner.
Will Eden’s memories come back?
