Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, loves to extract some blackheads. (Like this ‘lentil’ lip blackhead and these ‘strawberry’ blackheads.)After all, she has her own extracting tool specifically for it. And her blackhead extraction videos are some of the best. In her latest Instagram video, she is taking on two massive blackheads on the back of an elderly female patient’s neck.

She uses a needle to first poke the two massive blackheads. Then, she grabs an extractor and presses on the first blackhead. A huge solid chunk pops out.
As she does it, she talks to her patient, continuing to chat away as she works on the second blackhead. This one is a bit smaller, but the pop is still satisfying. From there, she finds a few more small blackheads to extract. She ends up grabbing a pair of scissors as well to make sure she completely extracted the blackheads.

Naturally, her followers are obsessed with her extractions.
