Tesco has recalled a seasoning after the packaging was accidentally filled with the wrong product.
The supermarket has warned customers not to eat the Tesco Turkish Inspired Tomato Seasoning if they have a milk allergy.
The FSA said on its website: “Tesco is recalling Tesco Turkish Inspired Tomato Seasoning because milk is not declared on the label.
“The product has been incorrectly packed with Tesco Thai Inspired Chilli and Coconut Seasoning which contains milk.

“This means the product is a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.”
The product in particular to look out for is the 25g pack size of the Tesco Turkish Inspired Tomato Seasoning with the best before dates of December 2019, January 2020 and February 2020.
The FSA also informed the public that Tesco has put a notice at the point of sale in store to prompt customers to return the item.
They add: “If you have bought the above product and have an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents, do not eat it.
“Instead return the product to the store from where it was bought for a full refund.”
No other Tesco products are known to be affected.
How do you know if you have a milk allergy?
Symptoms of a milk allergy can range quite widely.
The NHS listed symptoms as: “Skin reactions such as a red itchy rash or swelling of the lips, face and around the eyes, digestive problems such as stomach ache, vomiting, colic, diarrhoea or constipation, hayfever-like symptoms – such as a runny or blocked nose, or eczema that doesn’t improve with treatment.”
It added: “A severe allergic reaction, or anaphylaxis, is a medical emergency – call 999 or go immediately to your local hospital A&E department.”
Cadbury’s recently recalled desserts after fears the products contained listeria monocytogenes fears.
The brand are warning about Cadbury Dairy Milk Cheesecake and Cadbury Dairy Milk Caramel Cheesecake puddings.
Listeria monocytogenes is a bacteria which causes illness.
The infection can become serious, and the elderly, children and pregnant woman should be especially careful about avoiding it.
Symptoms include muscle aches, fever, flu-like symptoms, nausea and diarrhoea.
