Today, the Duke and Duchess are visiting Archbishop Desmond Tutu at his foundation, before Harry departs for Botswana, and brought little Archie along.
Archie, who was born in May this year, is wearing the blue romper over the top of a white top, and has little white socks on his feet and looks the spitting image of his dad as a baby.
This is the first overseas trip the couple have done with Archie, and Harry previously said he couldn't wait to introduce his wife and son to his 'second home' of South Africa.
Earlier this week, we told you how Meghan dressed Archie in the same bobble hat that Harry had worn as a baby in 1985, paying a sweet tribute to Princess Diana.
Yesterday, Meghan revealed how baby Archie loves to fall asleep on Prince Harry's chest.
Sitting down for tea with a local family on the second day of their Africa tour, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to have spoken about their baby son and his sleeping habits.
Meghan also revealed how happy she is being a new mum, adding that Archie is also "very happy" and "having a ball of a time".
However, she did admit she slept with "one eye open" on the 11-hour flight to Cape Town due to having her baby on board, but said he was "very good" during the trip.
She also gushed about her "wonderful" four-month-old baby as she said her "transition to motherhood" has been "easy".
While his mum and dad have been doing numerous public engagements during their 10-day trip, Archie has been looked after by the couple's new nanny.
The new worker is described by Meghan, 38, as a “godsend”, and accompanied the new mum and the young tot as they left their British Airways flight.
After public appearances with Harry today, mum Meghan is expected to stay in Johannesburg with Archie while Harry goes to Botswana, Angola and Malawi.
As part of the tour, Harry will also meet a British military unit who are working alongside the local rangers to help combat the threat of the illegal wildlife trade in Malawi.
The new dad will also make a "significant and poignant" trip to Angola to see his mum Princess Diana's legacy, who helped raise awareness for the threat posed by landmines in 1997.
The palace said that while Harry is eager to "support young people across Africa to reach their potential", wife Meghan will also be "working with organisations to promote women's education, health, entrepreneurship and leadership".
They will also speak with Grace Machel, the widow of the late President Nelson Mandela, before the tour finishes on October 2.
Meghan last week dazzled in £8,900 Valentino dress as she arrived with Harry for pal Misha Nonoo’s lavish Italian wedding.
We also revealed Princess Charlotte’s hair flip was hailed the "cutest thing ever" as she arrived for her first day of school.
And we showed you Meghan's tribute to Vogue photographer Peter Lindbergh following his death at 74.
