Mrs Hinch wannabe shows how to keep your bin smelling fresh using a sanitary pad

A MRS Hinch fan has revealed she keeps her bins smelling fresh by dousing a sanitary pad in Fabulosa and sticking it to the lid.

The woman shared her budget tip on social media, where her controversial tip has divided opinion.

She revealed she covers a sanitary pad in Fabulosa, similar to Mrs Hinch’s, aka Sophie Hinchliffe’s, favourite disinfectant, Zoflora, before sticking it to the bin lid.

It keeps it smelling fresh, giving off a nice fragrance every time you open it.

She posted the tip on Facebook group Mrs Hinch Made Me Do It, where it’s racked up hundreds of likes.

Dozens of women came forward admitting they do the same thing, but others weren’t so sure.

Commenting on the post, one woman said: “I’ve used this too! But I do find the pads have a lasting scent!”

Someone else added: “I’ve no idea but it works!”

A third commented: “I do this!”

Another wrote: “You can get black pantyliners spray one of those and it wouldn't stand out as much.”

While this woman said: “That it. I may try the hack, see if it works for me.”

Although somebody else thought: “Could you imagine having visitors over and them opening the bin to chuck something only to come across a pad stuck to the lid."

Plus Mrs Hinch and Stacey Solomon have been discussing the size of their bits after childbirth in a candid chat.

And Mrs Hinch recently showed fans how to clean a washing machine using a cheap sponge and some 55p vinegar.

This Mrs Hinch fan was in stitches after asking her son to recreate her loo roll hack for hanging curtains straight, but the lad did a hilariously botched job.
