A TONED gym girl was candidly sharing her body-positive message while getting in a good workout.

She showed herself working on her glutes in her own gym setup.

Tayla Keating (@taylakeating) started off her workout with Bulgarian split squats in a video posted to TikTok.

The gym girl started off with weighted squats, later ditching the dumbbell and focusing on form.

Next, she showed herself deadlifting with excellent form.

She added padding to the Olympic barbell, preparing herself for weighted hip thrusts.

The fitness fans are inspiring others to get in the gym and break a sweat.

Many, like Tayla, are even setting up their own home gyms.

The convenience of working out at home is inspiring for many who may experience shyness in the gym.

The fitness pro also shared extra tips for getting the most out of squats in another video.

"Slow your squat down to add extra tension, add extra reps, add extra sets, add pulses, add a resistance band [and] add pauses.

"Add these to your squats before upping the weight straight away. This will prevent injury and allow you to perfect your form [and] squat safely," she advised.
