A TIKTOKER has revealed her go-to easy dinner after losing a whopping 70 pounds.

She claimed her simple recipe helped her on her weight loss journey.


Caroline Mabeus (@carolinemabeus) filmed herself in the kitchen preparing the meal in a video on TikTok.

"Alright, make dinner with me," she said. "70 pounds down. Let's do it."

She filmed herself prepping ingredients from the grocery store to make the dinner.

"I love these pre marinated chicken options from Aldi. I did the southwest style one," she revealed.

She added carbohydrates and fiber to make it a well-rounded meal.

"I paired it with broccoli and basmati rice, topped it with this mango salsa," she said.

She shared that her easy recipe is not only delicious, it's low calories,

"It was so good and 500 calories," she said.
